A mallet bottle sealed I Bryant, Bamptn '76 This is an unusually late date
For a mallet bottle and is further unusual in having the date abbreviated which was more common practice in the seventeenth century. The bottle is from Bampton in Devon, UK. (seal and pontil photos below)
